SEN SUPPORT / TEACHER (Flexible - Full & Part-time)

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Tutor with Qualified Teacher Status to provide support in the core subjects of Maths, English and Science to a student in Year 11 at a KS4 Level.

Due to the nature of the students, we provide support to, applicants must have experience tutoring core subjects.

Position Details:

· Location: Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Essex, (All London Locations)

· Position: 1:1 Tutor / Support at Home

· Duration: ongoing / Arranged with families

Experience, Training and Qualifications:

· Minimum 6 months tutoring experience

· Have experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils

· UK classroom teaching experience

· Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box

To be eligible for this role, the potential 1:1 Tutor must:

· Hold the right to work in the UK

· Have QTS OR equivalent

· Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to
